This is a part-time position of approximately 10–12 hours per week and is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a professional office clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities
Organize and straighten office areas, workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas
File, sort, and organize office materials and supplies
Declutter and maintain organized storage areas
Organize office supplies and notify staff when supplies need to be replenished
Help with occasional office projects, such as organizing files, closets, cabinets, or storage areas
Maintain a professional and orderly appearance throughout the office
Handle confidential office materials with discretion
Qualifications
Reliable, responsible, and dependable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional and respectful demeanor
Comfortable working in a law-office environment
Previous office cleaning, housekeeping, organizing, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform light lifting as needed
Ability to lift and move office supplies or boxes weighing approximately 20–30 pounds
