Entry-Level Civil Engineer – Water & Sewer Projects This entry-level civil engineering role supports municipal water and sewer infrastructure projects through material takeoffs, quantity calculations, and plan preparation while working closely with senior management. Responsibilities
Perform quantity takeoffs for water and sewer projects
Calculate materials including PVC/ductile iron pipe, fittings, valves, manholes, hydrants, and excavation volumes
Review plans, specifications, and site conditions
Support sales and estimating teams with project cost preparation
Maintain accurate project documentation and spreadsheets

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
0–2 years of experience (internships accepted)
Experience with takeoff software preferred
Strong Excel skills
EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months
Strong attention to detail and ability to read engineering plans
